Wine cork letters are made to order--you choose the initial!  Corks are mounted onto a plywood back and the edges are bound with custom milled oak trim.   Pictured letters are approximately 36” tall, with varying widths based on the letter.  We can also make a 24” tall wine cork letter, should a smaller display better fit your home.
 
Standard oak trim is approx. 1/2” thick by 1 1/4”  wide.  Upgraded oak trim (shown on the “C”) is available upon request for an additional $15.   Trim can be left natural with a clear finish or stained a medium or dark tone. Paintable (unfinished) poplar trim is also available.  Poplar trim must be painted by the purchaser. 
 
Please note that not all letters work well in the block format; send us an email/message if you have a question about a specific letter or if you would like to see a simple hand-sketched drawing of the letter you are considering.  Final dimensions vary by letter and we'll work with you to get the size you want.  Also, if you have your own collection of corks (many people keep them for decoration or sentimental value), we're happy to work with those corks and integrate them into your special letter!
 
Picture hangars are installed on the back side of the letter to enable hanging and keeping the letter level/vertical.  Purchaser will need to supply/install appropriate hardware suitable for your wall surface (drywall, brick, etc...).  For cork letters that aren’t symmetrical, two hangars are installed on the back side, so you will need two “hooks in the wall”.
